First off the lighting is all wonky, It looks like there is a light source from both the left and right top corner, then one coming in from the left and one from the front, and then of course the light from the back. I could pick maybe one or two light sources and go from there. you missed an awesome opportunity to play with the rim light from the fire on.. well everything that in front of it. Also, I believe that two people holding a little crown is kind of weird, if it was bigger it would make sense for there to be two people because of the weight of it. Also the way they are holding it looks very uncomfortable, their forearms are pressed together, which means their elbows are touching as well (try it yourself) that seems weird and unnatural. Composition ally, it looks awesome, but there are just problems with the arms and hands, they don't read naturally. I kind of wish instead of having a light source in front that his face would be in shadows and that his expression would be seen from highlights and more minimal light sources, to add a dramatic mood. It would definitely read as more evil. Which would be awesome
